Rules of the Consumer Contest “FinFest 2025”
1. Contest Organizer
The organizer of the contest is FBL Group s.r.o., Company ID No.: 075 25 915, with residence at Petrohradská 18, 101 00 Prague 10 – Vršovice, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 302187 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
2. Official Name and Duration of the Contest
2.1. Title of the contest is “Scan & Win” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”). 2.2. The Contest date is the October 6th 2025, as part of the FinFest 2025 conference held at the Clarion Hotel in Prague. 2.3. The prize draw will take place in the main hall of the conference in the afternoon.
3. Conditions of Participation
3.1. Any person over 18 years of age who meets all the conditions specified bellow in the rules may participate in the Contest.
3.2. The conditions of participation are as follows:
a) Registration at the FinFest 2025 conference venue, where the participant will receive a flyer with a unique promo code;
b) Downloading the Linio mobile application;
c) Scanning at least 5 business cards using the mobile application during the FinFest 2025 conference.
4. Contest Mechanism
4.1. Participants who meet the conditions specified in Article 3 will be entered into the prize draw, which will take place in the afternoon of the FinFest 2025 conference in the main hall. 4.2. After the announcement of the results, participants will be instructed to log into the “Contest” section of the mobile application to check whether they have won. 4.3. The winner will be determined by a random algorithm (draw) from among the eligible participants.
5. Prize
5.1. The prize in the Contest is a paper voucher for consumption in Ambiente restaurants worth CZK 5,000, valid until December 31, 2026. 5.2. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
6. Awarding of the Prize
6.1. The winner will be notified directly in the application according to the procedure specified in Article 4.2. 6.2. The prize will be handed over to the winner in person at the FinFest 2025 conference venue or in another manner agreed with the Organizer.
7. Organizer’s Responsibility
7.1. The Organizer is not liable for: a) Unavailability or malfunction of the mobile application due to the technical issues beyond the Organizer’s control; b) Technical issues with downloading the mobile application or activating the promo code; c) Failing of the delivery of the prize due to reasons on the side of the winner; d) No applying or expiration of the prize due to reasons on the side of the winner. 7.2. The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time, even without providing the reason. 7.3. The Organizer also reserves the right to refuse to issue the prize to the winner or to demand its return if it discovers non-compliance or violation of the Contest rules. In such a case, the Organizer is entitled to repeat the draw.
8. Processing of Personal Data
8.1. By participating in the Contest, the participant acknowledges and agrees that their personal data provided during registration and use of the mobile application will be processed by the Organizer in accordance with applicable legislation for the purposes of conducting the Contest and possible marketing communication. 8.2. Further details related to the processing of personal data are provided in the Organizer’s Privacy Policy, available at: www.linio.cz/zasady-ochrany-osobnich-udaju.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. By participating in the Contest, the participant confirms that they have read these rules and agree with them. 9.2. These rules are available for the duration of the Contest on the Organizer’s website www.linio.cz/soutez and at the registration desk at the FinFest 2025 conference venue. 9.3. These conditions shall become valid and effective on the date of their publication.
