Data Deletion

Deleting App Data

If you wish to delete all data that the app stores about you and revoke all previously given consents, you can do so directly within the app.  

  1. Open the app.
  2. On the main screen, go to Settings (gear icon) 
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the menu.
  4. Tap on “Delete all data and revoke consents.”. 
     

What happens after deletion: 

  • All of your stored data will be permanently deleted from the device and our servers.
  • All your previously given consents will be revoked.
  • The app will be reset to its default state, as if newly installed.
  • You will need to sign in again and reconfigure the app if you wish to continue using it
